DESCRIPTION:Our WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDIES return on Wednesdays starting September 4! Studies will be from 9:30-11:00 AM and childcare is provided.  \nWe will have a book study on Gentle and Lowly: The Heart of Christ for Sinners and Sufferers by Dane Ortlund. Christians know what Jesus Christ has done—but who is he? What is his deepest heart for his people\, weary and faltering on their journey toward heaven? Jesus said he is “gentle and lowly in heart.” This book reflects on these words\, opening up a neglected yet central truth about who he is for sinners and sufferers today. Books are $10. \nWe will also have an inductive study on the book of James. What is true faith? How should you live the Christian life? Each verse of this practical study is alive with instructions\, admonition\, and encouragement. Learn God’s principles for dealing with trials\, temptations\, the tongue\, and the pull of the world. This class has two hours of homework per week. Books are $10.

DESCRIPTION:FAITH FOUNDATIONS (Sunday School) will return on Sunday\, September 8 at 10 AM! \nWe offer classes for children\, youth and adults that meet people where they are in life in order to equip them to know Jesus through scripture and to take that knowledge and apply it to our lives. \nChildren ages 3-K will check in on the first floor while children ages 1st-3rd grade will meet in rooms 307 & 308 and 4th-6th grade will meet in room 302A & B. Middle school and high school students will meet in the Harbor House. \nHere is the schedule for our adult classes this fall. \nCommon Men….Uncommon Calling! (Dr. Clay Brown\, Room 202)\nWe have all been fascinated by the twelve disciples. Who isn’t? These men are just like us and other people we know. This fall\, Dr. Clay Brown will be helping us uncover what “Discipleship” means\, learn of the true calling of the twelve to authentic discipleship\, and complete an in-depth study each week of one disciple.  \nCrown Financial (Keith Clayton\, Room 201)\nTaught by Keith Clayton\, the Crown Financial class is designed to teach a Biblical understanding of our finances. Crown’s approach to biblical stewardship is proven and effective. These principles have worked for thousands of people around the world\, and can work for you. \n1-2 Samuel: Thy Kingdom Come (Pastor Kory\, Chapel)\nTaught by Pastor Kory\, our chapel class is a verse-by-verse journey through the books of 1 and 2 Samuel. \nPrayer Time (Gregg Bray\, Room 305)\nThis class meets weekly for a time of prayer\, where we will lift up our personal prayers\, as well as prayers for our church\, community and the world. No need to sign up! \nCoffee and Convo (The Commons)\nMeet up with our church family for coffee and conversation in The Commons as we get to know each other better! We will have The Commons open during the Faith Foundations hour.

As part of the EPC World Outreach’s initiative Engage 2025\, this team of families exists to serve unreached Muslim peoples in the Middle East. Their hope is to see the refugees they are serving come to faith. \nWe hope you will attend and lift up our mission partners.
