Our church gathered last week for our 5th Annual Ladies Christmas Party, and it was such a joyful evening together. Nearly 80 women filled the room with warmth, laughter, and Christmas cheer. Over a delicious dinner and dessert, we had the chance to slow down, connect with one another, and enjoy the cheerful spirit of the night.

The evening included a beautiful time of worship that helped settle our hearts and point us toward Jesus. Sorrel Duncan shared a thoughtful devotional from Luke 1:26–38, reminding us that God often begins His greatest work through unexpected interruptions. She encouraged us to bring our sincere questions before the Lord this Advent season, trusting that He meets each one with grace. We were also invited to place our own “impossibilities” in God’s hands, believing the angel’s words that nothing is impossible with Him.
The program also highlighted the work of Community Care Network and their ministry at Sue’s Home. We were honored to welcome several Sue’s Home residents and collected $1162 in donations that will support them as they rebuild their lives. It was a night filled with joy, worship, generosity, and the sweet reminder that God still breaks into our everyday moments with love and purpose.
