Wednesday Women’s Bible Studies

Our WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDIES return on Wednesdays starting September 4! Studies will be from 9:30-11:00 AM and childcare is provided. 

We will have a book study on Gentle and Lowly: The Heart of Christ for Sinners and Sufferers by Dane Ortlund. Christians know what Jesus Christ has done—but who is he? What is his deepest heart for his people, weary and faltering on their journey toward heaven? Jesus said he is “gentle and lowly in heart.” This book reflects on these words, opening up a neglected yet central truth about who he is for sinners and sufferers today. Books are $10.

We will also have an inductive study on the book of James. What is true faith? How should you live the Christian life? Each verse of this practical study is alive with instructions, admonition, and encouragement. Learn God’s principles for dealing with trials, temptations, the tongue, and the pull of the world. This class has two hours of homework per week. Books are $10.
